In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "hot62", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the hot62 platform accessible at https://hot62.cam.
• "Platform" means the hot62 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services and content.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an Account on the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the hot62 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and any credited bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by hot62 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know-Your-Customer verification, the identity and documentation verification process required by hot62 prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency supported on the hot62 Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using the hot62 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, guidelines, or amendments that hot62 may publish from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and hot62 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind, whether oral or written.

To register and maintain an Account on hot62, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hot62 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in alignment with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or on behalf of a resident of a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by hot62 or voluntarily requested by you.
• You must not be a director, officer, employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of hot62 or any of its affiliated group companies.

hot62 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Players in Indonesia are advised that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law; you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each individual Player may hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent Accounts — whether by the same person or by multiple persons acting in concert — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. hot62 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.

hot62 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, in its sole discretion.

hot62 is required to carry out identity and age verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. As a Player, you agree to provide the following documentation upon request, and in all cases before any withdrawal is processed:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobscured photograph of a valid government-issued photo identification document. For Indonesian players, this is typically the Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card). Alternatively, a valid passport or driving licence may be accepted.
• Proof of Age: The same identity document confirming your date of birth (21+ requirement).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used to fund your hot62 Account, confirming that the payment method is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: hot62 may request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account for AML compliance purposes.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request from hot62 may result in temporary or permanent Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until documentation is received and verified.

hot62 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, each subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform:

• Indonesian local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-wallets: OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The current minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 for all supported local bank accounts and e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. hot62 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, third-party bank or e-wallet fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether from friends, family members, or any other person — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

hot62 reserves the right to impose additional review procedures on large or unusual deposits for AML compliance purposes. During any such review, the relevant funds may be temporarily held and unavailable for wagering or withdrawal.

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding un-wagered Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name; third-party withdrawal destinations are not permitted.
• Withdrawals of Rp 50.000.000 or above may be subject to additional AML review and may take longer to process.
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be completed before the bonus component of your Balance may be withdrawn.

hot62 endeavours to process withdrawal requests to Indonesian local bank accounts within 15 to 60 minutes during standard WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, bank system maintenance windows, or for requests requiring additional review. These timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.

hot62 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may delay processing pending receipt of satisfactory documentation. Where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, hot62 may withhold and ultimately confiscate the relevant funds pending investigation or legal proceedings.

hot62 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other incentive programmes from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published at the point of offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have a fully verified hot62 Account, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry if the wagering requirement has not been met.
• hot62 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already actively in progress for a specific Player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of activation.
• hot62 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel bonus rewards that it reasonably believes have been claimed in breach of these Terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or any form of bonus abuse.

hot62 offers a broad range of betting and gaming products, including but not limited to: sports betting (including football wagering — locally referred to as bandar bola — covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and international tournaments), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery, covering Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, and Togel Sydney markets), live casino games, slot games, and crash games.

The rules specific to each game type, sport, and market are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game or market in question.

All bets are final once confirmed. hot62 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where:

• A manifest error (such as an obvious pricing error) is identified by hot62 within a reasonable time after the bet was placed; or
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed beyond the threshold period stated in the relevant rules, or otherwise rendered void.

hot62 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds or prices that were published in error, or where there is evidence that a Player placed the bet with knowledge of an error that a reasonable person would have identified as such.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hot62 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any software, robot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions in any game for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hot62 staff or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.

hot62 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following tools, all of which are available free of charge to any registered Player:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum net loss you may incur in a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic log-out after a Player-defined period of continuous play.
• Reality-Check Reminders: On-screen notifications at regular intervals displaying session duration and net win/loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently.

Players must be 21 years of age or older to register and play. hot62 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification.

All content on the hot62 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of hot62 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without hot62's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hot62 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, system error, or internet connectivity failure.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Unauthorised access to your Account by a third party resulting from your failure to adequately safeguard your login credentials.

hot62's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits you made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hot62 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other dishonest conduct.
• Use of a VPN or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Receipt of a request from a competent law-enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Protection of the Platform's integrity, the safety of other Players, or compliance with legal obligations.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, hot62 may withhold or forfeit some or all of the Account Balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is initiated by the Player for reasons unrelated to breach, any verified real-money Balance (excluding un-wagered Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

hot62 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hot62 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by hot62 for Platform operations (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations, and with law-enforcement or regulatory bodies where legally required.

hot62 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, hot62 will notify registered Players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hot62 is incorporated. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to use reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players may submit a complaint by contacting hot62 customer support at the email address listed in Clause 18. hot62 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

Indonesian players acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is governed primarily by the Public Gambling Act 1867 (as amended) and related regulations. hot62 operates as an offshore platform and makes no representation that its services are legal in Indonesia. It is the Player's sole responsibility to understand and comply with their local laws.
